Steelz Solutions LLC provides automated inquiry response and appointment scheduling tools to medical spa businesses. We do not provide medical services, advice, or treatment. Treatments are provided solely by the medical spa you choose.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
Program description: By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive automated text messages about your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, and related follow-up.
Consent: Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may submit an inquiry without providing a phone number.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and appointments.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.

Messages are generated by an automated system. If you want to reach a person, call the number the practice provides. If you ask whether you are speaking with an automated assistant, we will tell you honestly.

6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, and not submit information about anyone else without permission.

1. Who We Are
Steelz Solutions LLC ("Steelz," "we," "us") provides automated patient inquiry follow-up and appointment scheduling services to medical spa businesses. You can reach us at steelzsolutions@gmail.com.
2. Our Role
We provide our services to medical spa businesses ("Clients"). When you submit an inquiry to a Client, that Client decides why and how your information is collected. We process it on the Client's behalf. For information collected directly on our own website, we are responsible for it.
3. Information We Collect
Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and state of residence
Inquiry details: the service you are interested in and how you heard about the business
Message content: text messages and emails you exchange with the automated system
Booking details: appointment date, time, and service selected
Technical data: basic website usage information such as browser type and pages visited
Please do not include medical or health information in your forms or messages. Our system is not designed to collect it. Health questions are best discussed directly with the practitioner.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send automated text messages about your inquiry and appointments. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us operate the system, such as our messaging, scheduling, customer-management, and hosting providers, who may use your information only to provide services to us
Authorities, when required by law
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services. After a Client's agreement with us ends, we retain patient contact data for up to 12 months, then delete it unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, access it, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, delete it, and appeal a denied request. 10. Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
